Philip Peterson is responsible for building and managing Syncplicity's North American direct and indirect sales channels. He is an established, results-oriented sales leader who has consistently delivered outstanding revenue growth. Prior to joining Syncplicity, Mr Peterson led successful revenue growth at Xactly Corp (XTLY), a leading saas incentive compensation provider, as the global vice president of Sales, which recently went public. Mr. Peterson also served as vice president of sales and field operations with Selectica, Inc. (NASDAQ: SLTC), a leading provider of CPQ and CLM solutions. Before his tenure at Selectica, Mr. Peterson held vice president of sales positions at Vignette (NASDAQ: VIGN), a leading software provider of ECM solutions, and at Epicentric, which was a leading provider of business portal software. Mr. Peterson received a bachelor's of science degree in marketing with a minor in business administration from Chapman University.
