Syncplicity Bolsters Digital Transformation Strategy with New VP of Customer Success

SANTA CLARA, Calif., February 17, 2016 – Syncplicity, the global leader of the hybrid enterprise file sync and share market, today announced that Patrick Gibbons has joined the company as Vice President of Customer Success Engineering. Gibbons will lead the company’s efforts to help customers transform their IT infrastructures and define the digital workplace of the future. In this capacity he will be responsible for Syncplicity’s team of highly-skilled Customer Success Engineers.

Gibbons was formerly the Director of IT Operations at Major League Baseball, where he deployed Syncplicity for its hybrid-cloud capabilities and comprehensive security model.

The Syncplicity Customer Success Team works with customers to ensure they have the right components in place to manage the IT transformation required to meet the needs of the digital workplace. Gibbons’ team of engineers has been involved in some of the largest EFSS deployments in the world. His addition to the team is part of Syncplicity’s plan to expand its recognized Customer Success Program, which is available to every customer around the world as part of the Syncplicity offering.
